Shipping & Returns
Our fulfillment center for all of our tees, hoodies, and mugs takes from 2-7 business days to fulfill orders before shipping. Shipping speeds are from 5-12 business days. If you haven't received your product after 12 days, please contact us at email@example.com.
If you are unhappy with one of our products, we will make it right. We will either exchange or refund your purchase.
We ask customers to contact us within 30 days of the purchase to initiate the process.
To initiate a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and process the refund.
A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We will replace any items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at email@example.com.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
